The seller was very kind and did everything to change my region to Ukraine, changing cards, games, but it was my account fault, he tried also with Kazakhstan and Turkey, so region change happened with Turkey, I´ll try again with him to change it with Ukraine after few months.

все получилось с первого раза – карта рабочая главное используйте рабочий впн (продавец рекомендует рабочий, правда скорость там мизерная и грузит все долго)
