Something does not work or went wrong
Leaving negative feedback will not solve your problem. Contact us and explain the issue. We will fix it.

We will refund you 100% of the payment if the reason is in us. You need to provide a valid proof. We will verify it with Bitdefender before issuing the refund.

Refunds are only available to WebMoney Purse, Russian cell phone account, QIWI Wallet, bank card of Russia region, USDT Wallet (TRC20) or Digiseller gift card.

We don´t offer refunds for below reasons.
