I got issues with account, profile get changed cosntantly, there a re too many users inside, description it says 7, but my profile changed a lot of times, I did nothad the PIN, vendor gave me instruction to change somebody else PIN, it lasted like a day, no susteinable if you are plan to use this. I had a previous feedback, but notice it was deleted, that is why I´m posting again.

The account worked for the first couple of days using email and password, but because there are many users on the same account, it logged me out and started asking for OTP. The seller was not available to provide it on time since it expires in 15 minutes. Gave up on trying after 5 days. Since the account is shared by many users, some users abuse the account profile names which is an issue if you have kids accessing trying to watch. Finally if you are living in a country where Disney plus is not supported, you have to use VPN as other users mentioned. If the seller explained these in the product description, I wouldn´t have bought it in the first place.

As someone else said, profiles are changing pass/mail every x days, profiles disappear(other users delete or change them), this is probably because accounts are shared between too much people, I don´t want to add a negative feedback but either the seller address these issues or writes a correct description telling such downsides in his offer.

I bought the product a month ago, and it doesn´t work in my country (only with vpn) After 30 days arguing with the seller for a refund, because if I can´t use the product without vpn it is useless for me. Some smart TVs don´t have the option to use vpn. Аккаунт требует код из почты, код действителен 15 минут. Получилось войти после общения в телеграме, где продавец отвечает оперативнее (но помним про безопасность общения только внутри дигиселлер). При этом пароль приложение Disney plus даже не спрашивает. На телевизоре вообще ничего не спросил, сказал "меняйте пароль". При этом авторизовать телевизор через приложение в телефоне удалось. This account wants a pin code from email every time I try to login. Code work for 15 minutes, we managed to connect via Telegram, account works. And TV app doesn´t ask for password, or pin, it wants changing password. But I managed to login via phone app.
