Однако никакая базовая лицензия или подтверждение её легальной передачи предоставлены не были. Продавец уклоняется от ответа и не может объяснить происхождение лицензии. Это создаёт риск отзыва (аннулирования) лицензии в будущем. Прошу полный возврат средств. The product does not match the description. The license is upgrade-based (Dorico 5 → 6), which requires a valid base license. However, no base license or proof of legal transfer was provided. The seller avoided answering direct questions and could not explain the origin of the license. This creates a risk of license revocation. The customer’s demands are an infinite, baseless burden of proof with no grounding in official rules or commercial norms The customer has spent this entire dispute making endless, shifting demands for documents that he has no right to receive, with no official Steinberg rule requiring their disclosure. He first demanded proof of the license’s origin, which I provided via the full official Steinberg purchase order. He then demanded proof of the qualifying license’s legitimacy, a private pre-purchase process already verified and closed by Steinberg. Most recently, he fabricated the entirely false claim that the qualifying license was Dorico 5, and demanded the transfer of a license that was never part of this transaction. This is a never-ending, bad-faith cycle: no matter what official, verifiable proof I provide, the customer simply invents a new demand for more documents, with no end point and no basis in official rules. This is not a legitimate request for transaction information — this is a deliberate attempt to set an impossible standard of proof, to manufacture a pretext for a refund while he retains full, permanent ownership of the license. 2. Steinberg is the sole, authoritative body for verifying license legitimacy, and it has already completed its final validation Steinberg is the developer, publisher, and sole official issuer of the Dorico 6 license.
