Ответ продавца: We have reviewed this order and cannot confirm the buyer´s claim that the activation link was invalid when delivered. As an additional security measure, we now verify every activation link before it is made available for sale. This specific link was checked and confirmed to be valid before delivery to the buyer. Therefore, we can confirm that the customer received a valid and unused activation link from our store. If the link currently appears as already redeemed or invalid, this alone does not prove that it was invalid at the time of delivery. Once a valid activation link has been delivered, we have no control over when, where, or by which account it is subsequently redeemed. We have asked the buyer to contact Lovable Support and request confirmation regarding the redemption of the link. In particular, Lovable can confirm the date and time when the link was redeemed and, where permitted by their privacy policy, information regarding the account on which it was activated. If Lovable Support confirms that the link had already been redeemed before it was delivered to the buyer, we will of course take responsibility and provide a replacement or refund. However, without such confirmation, we cannot replace a product that was verified as valid immediately before sale solely because the buyer later reports that the link is no longer valid. We are fully willing to resolve any legitimate issue, but in this case objective confirmation from Lovable Support is required. We have therefore asked the buyer to provide a screenshot or other confirmation from Lovable Support showing the redemption date and time.
