### **Delivery**

Delivery is **instant** when accounts are in stock. If stock is low or temporarily unavailable, delivery may take a few hours.

### **Warranty**

A **30-day warranty** is included.

* If the account is **downgraded to the free plan** at any time during the warranty period, we will provide a **replacement with no limit** for the duration of your warranty.
* If the account is **suspended or restricted**, we will provide **up to two (2) replacement accounts** during the warranty period.
* Once the **two suspension replacements** have been used, **no further replacements or refunds will be provided**.
* Any suspension, restriction, or termination resulting from violations of Anthropic´s Terms of Service or misuse of the account is **not covered beyond the two replacement limit**.

## **How to Access Your Subscription**

Please follow these steps carefully:

3. On the Claude login page, select **"Continue with email."**
4. You will receive the login link or verification code through our web portal. We will provide the web portal URL after purchase.

* Reselling is strictly prohibited.
* Sharing the account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
* Our secure web portal must be used to access the login link or verification code. This system helps protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access or resale.
* Any activity that violates Anthropic´s Terms of Service may result in the account being suspended, restricted, or terminated.
* It is the buyer´s responsibility to read and follow these terms before using the account. Failure to comply may affect your warranty eligibility.
