🛒 INVITATION DELIVERY PROCESS

2. Digikeyapp receives and processes the paid order.
3. The Autodesk organization invitation is sent to the email you provided. Check Spam and Promotions folders as well.
4. Open the invitation, accept it and sign in only on the official Autodesk website.
5. Check that Revit appears in your Autodesk account, then download the supported version you need.

If the invitation has not arrived promptly or Revit does not appear after acceptance, contact us through the Plati order chat. Do not send passwords or security codes.

The seller warranty is valid for 12 months. For invitation, assignment or access issues, contact us only through the Plati order chat and include your order number plus a screenshot with sensitive information hidden.

Issues are handled according to Plati rules and the seller warranty. The warranty does not cover unsupported devices, customer account security violations or use that breaches Autodesk terms.
